Corcoran Group is one of the largest real estate companies in New York and Florida. We had a lot of fun converting a former mechanic’s garage into a chic office space for Corcoran’s Brooklyn HQ. It was a joy to re-instate the original arched opening onto the Union St facade as well as to expose the beautiful old wooden joists in this loft-like space. The office is both sociable and private when needed as well as offering a fresh and modern face to visiting clients in its generous lounge.
